Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use this website and our private Malaysia Digital Arrival Card application assistance service. Please read them before you make payment.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and of our private Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) application assistance service. By accessing the website or using the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or the service.

These Terms should be read together with our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, which set out in more detail how refunds are treated and how personal information is handled. These documents are intended to operate consistently with one another.

Nature and Scope of the Private Assistance Service

The service is a private application assistance service. It helps travellers prepare and handle the information associated with a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card. It is not operated by, and does not represent, any government authority or agency.

The service is not a visa service and does not provide legal or immigration advice. Information on this website is general in nature and does not determine whether an MDAC applies to you. Features of the service are available only to the extent that this website makes them available at the time.

Eligibility to Use the Service

You may use the service if you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or if you are acting with the authority of a parent or guardian. You must also be able to provide accurate information and, where payment is requested, be authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Applications for a child should be arranged by a parent, guardian or other person with authority to act for the child.

Applicant Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you provide to us. In particular, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate, complete and current, and consistent with your travel documents
  • Review your details carefully before payment is completed
  • Respond promptly to requests for further information
  • Keep your contact details accurate
  • Confirm for yourself whether the service suits your circumstances and whether an MDAC applies to your journey

Applications Submitted for Other Travellers

If you provide information about another person, including a family member, colleague or travel companion, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that you are entitled to share their information with us. You are responsible for the accuracy of each traveller’s details.

Where an application is made for a group, the same responsibilities apply to every traveller included, and the person who completes payment is responsible for the order.

Passport and Travel Information

The service may require passport details and journey information such as arrival and departure dates, transport details and accommodation in Malaysia. These details must match your travel documents. We do not assess whether your passport or other documents satisfy any entry requirement.

Passport and travel information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not submit another person’s documents or details without proper authority.

MDAC Assistance and Travel Documentation

The MDAC is an arrival information form. Completing it, or receiving assistance with it, does not by itself establish permission to enter Malaysia, and it does not replace a passport, a visa where one is required, or any other travel document.

Decisions about entry are made by the relevant authorities. Requirements can vary by nationality, travel document and individual circumstances, and you should confirm those that apply to you. The service does not guarantee approval, clearance or entry, and it does not provide priority treatment of any kind.

Service Processing Options and Estimated Timeframes

The website presents processing options, such as Standard, Rush and Super Rush, together with the timeframes shown for each. These timeframes are service targets. They are not guarantees, and choosing a faster option does not guarantee any outcome.

Actual timing can depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied and on circumstances outside our control. You should choose an option with your own travel dates in mind. A delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, or by circumstances outside our control, is treated as described in the Refund Policy.

Application Review and Submission Information

Where the service presents your details for review before they are used, you should check them carefully. Once you have confirmed them and payment has been completed, we rely on the information exactly as you provided it.

Where it is needed to carry out the assistance you have requested, information may be made available to the parties and systems involved in processing the arrival card, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may contact you if information appears incomplete, but we are not obliged to identify every error.

Service Fees and Payment Conditions

The service fee for each processing option is shown on this website when you place an order, and the fee displayed at that time applies to that order. Fees may be updated for future orders.

Where payment is requested, it must be completed for the order to proceed, and you confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you select. Completing payment confirms that you have read the Refund Policy and understand that the service fee is non-refundable under the standard policy.

Refunds and Cancellations

All service fees are 100% non-refundable once payment has been completed, regardless of the customer’s reason for requesting a voluntary refund, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. The full Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

This rule applies to cancellation of an application after payment, to cancelled, postponed or changed travel plans, to a decision not to travel, to changes in arrival or departure dates, to incorrect, incomplete or missing information, to duplicate submissions, to delays caused by inaccurate information, and to circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these Terms creates an exception to that rule.

Corrections, Changes and Duplicate Applications

You may ask for information to be corrected or changed after payment. Whether a change can be made depends on the processing status of the application, and a requested change cannot always be completed. A request does not guarantee that the change will be made.

A correction request does not automatically make the original service fee refundable. If the same application is submitted more than once, each payment completed is subject to the Refund Policy, and a duplicate submission does not make the additional fee refundable.

Confirmation and Service Communications

Where the service sends confirmations or other communications, they are sent to the contact details you provided. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and for checking the email address or other contact details you provided.

A confirmation of receipt or payment is not a decision on, or approval of, any application. We are not responsible for a message that is not received because contact details were incorrect or because of a fault outside our control.

Website Availability and Technical Limitations

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, the performance of your device or connection, or services operated by others.

Information on the website may change, and it is provided for general guidance. Interruptions and limitations of this kind fall within the circumstances described in the Refund Policy.

Prohibited Website Activities

You must not use the website or the service to:

  • Break any law or infringe the rights of others
  • Provide false or misleading information, or impersonate another person
  • Access, interfere with or disrupt the website or its systems without authority
  • Introduce harmful code, or use automated means in a way that burdens the website
  • Suggest that the service is operated by or affiliated with a government authority

Responsibility and Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, and to the extent applicable law permits, we are not responsible for decisions made by authorities or other third parties, for refusal of entry or boarding, for travel disruption, for losses arising from information that you supplied, or for delays and failures caused by circumstances outside our control.

To the extent applicable law permits, we are also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a right or remedy that applicable law gives you.

Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By providing information through the website, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it. Rights that applicable privacy law gives you are not limited by these Terms.

Changes to These Terms, Applicable Rights and Contact Inquiries

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and we encourage you to review it before making payment.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right or remedy that applicable law requires to be provided, and statutory rights are not waived. If a provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Questions about these Terms should be directed to the service provider through the contact channels that it makes available for this purpose.
